An Experienced Team on Your Side
Red Cross Institutional Pharmacy is the long-term care division of Red Cross Drug Store, located in La Grande. Our specialty is caring for clients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, adult foster homes and group homes in the tri-county area.
Our team includes 10+ caring pharmacists, technicians, office staff, clerks and delivery drivers who work together to meet the needs of our homes and their clients. Red Cross has been providing medications and high-quality compassionate care to facilities in Union and Wallowa counties for 30+ years, and have also been serving group homes in Umatilla County for 10+ years. We’d love to expand our network to include you and your facility.

Prescription Packaging
Options include blister packs or bottled packaging.
Efficient Cycle Fill Process
We will deliver your prescriptions approximately one week before your cycle starts.
Customized MARS
Records will be customized (electronic or paper) for documenting dosing.
Free Delivery
We guarantee next day delivery and will use local pharmacies for starting doses, when needed.
Add-On Supplies Available
We’re able to provide many supplies for your facility that often save you money.
I would recommend Red Cross Institutional Long Term Care Pharmacy to anyone who has multiple people they are responsible for medicating. There are multiple benefits to using Red Cross, but my favorites are the following: Fast next-day delivery, which comes in handy when you need a medication on short notice. The customer service and help are a 10/10 – between Corie and Kaitlyn in the pharmacy, ready to answer any question or address any concern, to the couriers who always deliver with smiles on their faces!I have been working with Red Cross since 2017, between a residential facility and an adult foster home. Corie is always ready to help and assist in any way she can, from making sure medications are ready for cycle fill, to fixing issues on MARS, and so much more. We will continue to work with Red Cross because no other pharmacy can do what they do!
