Vaccinations
Vaccination appointments are readily available. Simply come on in or call 541-963-5741 to get your questions answered. Our certified pharmacists are always on hand during weekday store hours to administer vaccines. We accept most insurance plans for immunizations, and if you have any questions about vaccines, our friendly pharmacists are here to help.
Single Visit Plan
Experience the ease of having all your prescriptions prepared for a single regular visit by setting up a Single Visit Plan. A week before your scheduled visit, our team will reach out to confirm your medication needs. Our pharmacists will review your prescription list, monitor updates after doctor or hospital visits, and ensure there are no potential drug interactions.

Delivery
Should your schedule preclude a visit to the pharmacy, no worries – we’ve got you covered with our delivery service.
- In La Grande, if you’re within city limits, you can get free delivery if you’re part of our sync program and have at least 5 medications. Otherwise, there’s a $5 fee for delivery.
- For Elgin residents within city limits, you have the option of free delivery to our Med Locker Monday through Thursday, which is located at the Elgin Clinic at 570 S 8th Ave, Elgin, OR 97827 within the Grande Ronde Hospital. However, if you prefer delivery to your home or if you’re receiving controlled medications or refrigerated items, there’s a $5 delivery fee.
- In Union, also within city limits, deliveries are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you’re part of our sync program and have at least 5 medications, these deliveries are free. Otherwise, there’s a $5 fee.
MedProject Drug Take Back

Medicare Part D

Shipping
We also offer shipping services. Packages are mailed out Monday through Friday. For small packages, the shipping cost is $6, while for larger packages, it’s $10. Depending on the destination, customers can expect to receive their package within 2-3 days.
